Coconut Plant Strategic Commodity Survey

Field Preparation Meeting for the Strategic Commodity Survey of Coconut (Komstrat Coconut) on Tuesday 28 September 2021 at BPS Cianjur Regency which was attended by M. Habibullah S.Si, M.Si (Deputy for Production Statistics), Dr. Kadarmanto, MA (Director of Horticulture and Plantation Food Crops Statistics) and Dyah Anugrah Kuswardani, MA (Head of BPS for West Java Province) and Dani Jaelani S.Si, MT. (Head of BPS for Cianjur Regency) as well as all field officers.

Meaning: The purpose of the 2021 Coconut Comstrate Survey Trial activity is to test the feasibility of the instrument adapted to the current conditions of coconut growers which will be used in the implementation of the Coconut Comstrate Survey in the coming year. Aim: 1. Testing the feasibility of the Coconut Komstrat Survey questionnaire question design. 2. Identifying field enumeration problems in order to design the management of the Coconut Comstrate Survey. SCOPE AND SCOPE The 2021 Coconut Comstrate Survey Trial is planned to be carried out in Cibeber District, Cianjur Regency. The selection of Cianjur Regency as a test area is because Cianjur Regency is one of the potential areas for coconut plant household businesses based on the 2013 Agricultural Census Results. The trial will be carried out in 2 (two) potential areas of coconut plantation business households with a target sample of 25 households. OFFICER The officers involved in the implementation of the 2021 Coconut Comstrate Survey Trial are as follows: a. There are 15 test officers from BPS RI, involving relevant stakeholders in BPS internal. The details of the officers are: 12 people from the Directorate of Horticulture and Plantation Food Crops Statistics, 2 people from the Directorate of Statistical Information Systems, and 1 person from the Directorate of Census and Survey Methodology Development. b. There are 1 supervisory officer from BPS West Java Province c. There are 2 supervisory officers from BPS Cianjur Regency d. 2 guides from Cianjur Regency
